OYO STATE ACCORD ADOPTS SENATOR RASHEED ADEWOLU LADOJA FOR OYO GOVERNORSHIP

The Accord party of Oyo State  held a mass rally today at Mapo hall, Ibadan, with party members and new members adopting  the  National Leader, Senator Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja as its Governorship candidate in  the upcoming May 29, 2015 election.  He  called on the electorate in the state to exercise more patience and be resolute in their determination to effect a positive change in the state. The Accord Party PRO maintained that it is only through Senator Ladoja and his party that hope and joy in the lives of the people can be restored.

IMG_2168Senator Ladoja insisted that the present administration under Senator Isiaq Abiola Ajimobi has unleashed poverty and hunger on the people through its various cosmetic programmes and elitist policies, he  therefore, urges the people of Ibadan especially the people of Oluwole  and indeed, the state to be patient, assuring them that the present darkness would soon give way to a brighter dawn. He said the party welcomes new members and encourages them to vie for any political position of their choice. He further advised them to  embrace peace and orderliness in their conduct both within and outside the party. He warned that Accord party would not condone any acts of indiscipline. The Senator further congratulated all the past and present decampees to the party assuring them that they have equal opportunities and priviledges in the party. He enjoined the voters in the state to continue their support and loyalty to the Accord party stressing that it is the only party that can take the state out of the present woes imposed on it by the poor administrative style of All Progressive Congress (APC) under Senator Abiola Ajimobi.

Two seating Senators from APC and PDP were officially given the flag of the party at the rally with new members from different senatorial districts of the state.  Present today are Deputy Chairman, Hon. ADEYINKA ADENIYI , PRINCE TUNJI ADEOYE , CHIEF DELE ADIGUN , DR. NURENI ADEREMI ADENIRAN, HON. TAYO SARUMI , HON. REMI AYODELE , HON. BIMBO ADEPOJU ,CHIEF WASIU ADEBAYO EMIOLA , CHIEF AYANSHINA CHIEF LAIDE LANIHUN (10) ALHAJI K.K. ADISA ,PRINCE LANRE OGUNDIPE and Women leaders
