Wow, this is a MUST-SEE video and it needs to be shared with our Catholics and our Protestant friends and family.
Pope Francis sent a video message calling for unity among Christians to a conference of Evangelical Protestants sponsored by Kenneth Copeland Ministries. He spoke from the heart about the calling to Christian unity, saying, “This is a miracle, the miracle has begun.” Kenneth Copeland replies with his profound thanks and his own prayer for the Pope, with enthusiastic agreement from the audience of Protestant leaders.
The message is presented by Anglican Bishop Tony Palmer. Pope Francis has long been one of his spiritual “fathers” or mentors. They had become close friends when the latter was known as Father Mario Bergoglio. After becoming pope, Francis reached out to Tony to continue the friendship and to work toward Christian unity together.

WOW. God has begun a miracle of reconciliation for unity among Christians! Praise God!
In 1977, I attended an ecumenical Charismatic Conference in Kansas City, Missouri. The largest-ever Charismatic conference, filling a football stadium, it was probably the high point of the movement. And it was the most significant turning point in my own life. Soon after, I became Catholic.
I will never forget the prophecies (messages inspired by the Holy Spirit, not the fortune-telling type of prophecies our world thinks of from New Age and occult influences), which were spoken to that huge crowd. The Lord repeatedly spoke of his deep concern over the disunity of his church. One particular message still echoes clearly in my memory:
Mourn and weep, for the body of my Son is broken.
Mourn and weep, for the body of my Son is broken.
Come before me with sackcloth and ashes,
come before me with tears and mourning,
for the body of my Son is broken.
I would have made you one new man,
but the body of my Son is broken.
I would have made you a light on a mountaintop, a city glorious and splendorous that all the world would have seen,
but the body of my Son is broken.
The light is dim. My people are scattered.
The body of my Son is broken.
Turn from the sins of your fathers.
Walk in the ways of my Son.
Return to the plan of your Father,
return to the purpose of your God.
The body of my Son is broken…
40,000 people were moved to tears as we felt the pain in our Lord’s broken heart.
Years later, I felt that Pope John Paul II laid the groundwork for the healing of Christian divisions with his agenda of visiting Christian leaders outside the Catholic Church, and after he died, I said that, since he is now in heaven, he is a Patron Saint for Christian Unity. I’ve been expecting miracles. And now I am convinced that the Holy Spirit is moving the plan forward through Pope Francis. Praise God!
Another prophecy at the Kansas City Conference was this:
Mark down this day and remember it. Call it to mind, declare it publicly. Have no fear, for I am faithful to My word and will fulfill it. I am going to restore My people and reunite them. I am going to restore to My people the glory that is Mine, so that the world will not mark or scorn [them] . . . but so that the world might know that I am God and King and that I have come to redeem and save this earth. I am restoring this people, bestowing upon them honor and glory, bring back to them the glory that is proper in My people, and making them look again like a kingdom, the kingdom of God on this earth.
And this:
It is important that you turn away from all those sins that keep you separated from your brothers and sisters. Now is the time for you to turn away from these things. I will give you the understanding and the strength that you need to be one people.
And this:
Stand in unity with one another, and let nothing tear you apart, and by no means separate from one another [because of] your jealousies and bitterness and personal preferences. But hold fast to one another because I am about to let you undergo a severe time of trial and testing, and you will need to be in unity with one another.
But I tell you this also, I am Jesus the Victor-King. And if you hold fast to one another and follow after Me, I will vindicate My holy Name on this earth, and in the sight of the people of the earth. I will be manifest, and will be clear, and it will be in your life time, because I am Jesus the Victor-King, and I have promised you victory!
And so, watch what the Lord is doing now through Pope Francis! See what the Lord is doing through our brothers and sisters who have been divided from us through denominational differences and misconceptions and mis-information.

Two rules: Love God above all, and love the other (neighbor), because he is your brother and sister. With these two rules we can go ahead. I am here with my brother, my bishop brother, Tony Palmer. We’ve been friends for years.
He told me about your conference, about your meeting. And it’s my pleasure to greet you. A greeting both joyful and nostalgic (yearning). Joyful because it gives me joy that you have come together to worship Jesus Christ the only Lord. And to pray to the Father and to receive the Holy Spirit. This brings me joy because we can see that God is working all over the world. Nostalgic (yearning) because but…it happens, as within our suburbs. In the suburbs there are families that love each other and families that don’t love each other. Families that come together and families who separate themselves. We are kind of…permit me to say, separated.
Separated because, it’s sin that has separated us, all our sins. The misunderstandings throughout history. It has been a long road of sins that we all shared in. Who is to blame? We all share the blame. We have all sinned. There is only one blameless, the Lord. I am nostalgic (yearning), that this separation comes to an end and gives us communion. I am nostalgic (yearning), of that embrace that the Holy Scripture speaks of when Joseph’s brothers began to starve from hunger, they went to Egypt, to buy, so that they could eat.
They went to buy. They had money. But they couldn’t eat the money. But there they found something more than food, they found their brother. All of us have currency. The currency of our culture. The currency of our history. We have lot of cultural riches, and religious riches. And we have diverse traditions. But we have to encounter one another as brothers. We must cry together like Joseph did. These tears will unite us. The tears of love.
I am speaking to you as a brother. I speak to you in a simple way. With joy and nostalgia (yearning). Let us allow our nostalgia (yearning) to grow, because this will propel us to find each other, to embrace one another. And together to worship Jesus Christ as the only Lord of History.
I thank you profoundly for listening to me. I thank you profoundly for allowing me to speak the language of the heart. And I also ask you a favor. Please pray for me, because I need your prayers. And I will pray for you, I will do it, but I need your prayers. And let us pray to the Lord that He unites us all. Come on, we are brothers. Let’s give each other a spiritual hug and let God complete the work that he has begun. And this is a miracle; the miracle of unity has begun.
A famous Italian author named Manzoni, once wrote in his novel, of a simle man amongst the people, who once said this, “I’ve never seen God begin a miracle without Him finishing it well.” He will complete this miracle of unity. I ask you to bless me, and I bless you. From brother to brother, I embrace you. Thank you.”
