While Air France rolls out its winter service additions of Kilimanjaro, Salvador de Bahia, and Manila, the airline is already looking ahead to next summer’s expansion. Orlando will officially become Air France’s 18th U.S. destination as of summer 2025. The airline will launch direct flights between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Orlando, Florida, starting May 21, 2025.

The proposed Orlando flights will operate four times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The French national carrier will deploy its Airbus A350.900 for the new Florida service. The aircraft features a three-class configuration: 34 Business seats, 24 Premium seats, and 266 Economy seats.

The planned flight schedule (pending government approval) offers convenient timing for travelers: Flight AF096 leaves Paris at 5:05 PM, reaching Orlando at 8:45 PM, Flight AF097 departs Orlando at 11:00 PM, arriving in Paris at 1:30 PM the next day. Orlando joins Air France’s extensive North American network as its 18th U.S. destination and 25th overall in North America.

The network includes major cities such as Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York (JFK and Newark), San Francisco, and Washington, D.C., along with key Canadian and Mexican destinations. Known worldwide as the theme park capital, Orlando welcomes millions of visitors annually to its famous attractions.

The central Florida city offers more than just thrilling rides – visitors can enjoy year-round mild weather while exploring art galleries and museums. Just a short drive away, the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Cape Canaveral provides fascinating space exploration history and the chance to witness actual rocket launches.

For the 2024-2025 winter season (November 2024 to March 2025), Air France will connect travelers to 169 destinations across 73 countries. This includes 85 long-haul and 84 short- and medium-haul routes, with 235 weekly flights serving 23 North American destinations. The airline is also extending its Denver and Phoenix services through winter, offering three weekly flights to each city from Paris-Charles de Gaulle – a significant expansion from previous seasonal operations.
