Norse Atlantic Airways Announces New Direct Route from London Gatwick to Bangkok

Norse Atlantic Airways has unveiled plans to launch a new direct flight service connecting London Gatwick Airport (LGW) to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). The service is scheduled to commence on Sunday, October 26, 2025, with up to four weekly flights. Return fares are set to start from £295, inclusive of taxes.

In addition to the new London-Bangkok route, Norse Atlantic is enhancing its existing services to Thailand from Scandinavia. Flights between Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) and Bangkok will increase from two to four times weekly, starting Friday, December 5, 2025. Similarly, flights from Oslo Airport (OSL) to Bangkok will rise from three to four times weekly, beginning Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

All these routes will be operated using Norse Atlantic’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, featuring both Premium Economy and Economy Class cabins. This expansion underscores the airline’s commitment to providing affordable, long-haul travel options without compromising on comfort and service.

The introduction of the London-Bangkok route marks Norse Atlantic’s first direct service to Asia, reflecting the airline’s strategic efforts to broaden its network and offer more travel options to its customers. This move positions Norse Atlantic as a competitive player in the transcontinental travel market, particularly appealing to travelers seeking cost-effective flights between the UK and Thailand.
