Air India is set to enhance its international connectivity by introducing new flight routes to three prominent tourist destinations: Manila in the Philippines, Kathmandu in Nepal, and Dallas in the United States. This strategic expansion aims to cater to the growing demand for travel and strengthen the airline’s global presence.
Starting October 1, 2025, Air India will commence non-stop flights between Delhi and Manila. This new route is part of the airline’s efforts to bolster its operations in Southeast Asia, providing passengers with greater convenience and travel options between India and the Philippines.
In addition, Air India Express, a subsidiary of Air India, launched direct flights between Bengaluru and Kathmandu on June 1, 2025. This initiative enhances connectivity between India and Nepal, offering travelers an affordable and efficient travel option, with fares starting at ₹8,000.
Furthermore, Air India has announced plans to introduce new routes to Dallas, Texas, expanding its footprint in the United States. This move is part of the airline’s broader strategy to increase its international operations and provide passengers with more travel choices.
These expansions are aligned with Air India’s ongoing efforts to modernize its fleet and enhance passenger experience. The airline’s commitment to growth and improved connectivity underscores its vision to become a leading global carrier.
