EPL Ghana has celebrated the graduation of 33 new fellows, emphasizing the urgent need for young leaders to commit themselves to national service and development. The graduation ceremony, held in Accra, marked the completion of a rigorous leadership and professional training program designed to prepare participants for public service and impact-driven careers.
Speaking at the event, program leaders commended the fellows for their resilience, passion, and dedication throughout the fellowship year. They challenged the graduates to carry forward the values of integrity, accountability, and innovation in their various fields.
“This is not just a graduation. It is a call to action,” said one of the keynote speakers. “Ghana needs young people who are not only capable but also willing to serve with purpose and build institutions that will stand the test of time.”
The fellowship, known for its focus on equipping emerging leaders with skills in governance, policy, entrepreneurship, and social impact, has become a key pipeline for talent in both the public and private sectors in Ghana.
Graduates are expected to take on roles across government agencies, NGOs, corporate institutions, and community development projects. Many of the outgoing fellows have already secured placements in areas such as education reform, health advocacy, technology, and civic engagement.
EPL Ghana urged stakeholders across the country to continue investing in leadership development, noting that sustainable national progress depends on a new generation that is committed to ethical leadership and collective growth.
The ceremony ended with a pledge from the graduates to contribute meaningfully to Ghana’s future one built on service, equity, and shared responsibility.
