THE Zimbabwe Football Association Youth Football and Development Symposium has kicked off in Harare.

The symposium is being held as Zimbabwe prepares to host the COSAFA U17 Championship in September, which will act as a qualifier for the 2026 U17 Africa Cup of Nations.

The symposium has drawn participants from the Sports and Recreation Commission, the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations (COSAFA), corporates, and football legends.
