Voter turnout of South Africans living abroad has been better than expected on the African continent.
The polls for South Africa’s General Election opened on Wednesday morning at 7am sharp,
with South African citizens filing in throughout the day to cast their ballots.
However, the day was not completely mishap-free as some SA citizens were
disappointed to learn that they were either not registered or hadn’t filled out
the crucial VEC 10 form that was due in March to be eligible to vote abroad.
