Three people were killed and three others were seriously injured in a road accident late on Saturday in the central province of Beni Mellal, local authorities said.
The accident occurred in the rural commune of Oueld Mbarek on the road linking Marrakech to Beni Mellal when a car collided head-on with a truck.
Two girls in their early twenties died on the spot while the third victim succumbed to his injuries at the Beni Mellal regional hospital.
