Unionbank– seeing a dramatic rise in digital banking transactions amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Chief Customer Experience officer Ana Maria Aboitiz Delgado says in March, the bank’s Pesonet transactions surged 82% year-on-year, while Instapay transactions in April equaled its total number of transactions since its inception.
