Ministers presented briefings on the progress of their 2024 targets and proposed new initiatives aligned with Libya’s economic recovery plan and post-conflict reconstruction efforts. Special attention was given to energy reform, education, youth employment, and digital governance.

The meeting also served as a platform to reinforce inter-ministerial cooperation, with Dbaiba urging cabinet members to avoid working in silos and to build on the unity achieved through the Government of National Unity (GNU).

The Council is expected to reconvene next month to finalize and approve national priority projects under the 2025 budget.
