Harare businessman Joseph ‘Mutangaz’ Mutangadura shot dead in suspected robbery

HARARE businessman, Joseph Mutangadura, popularly known as Mutangaz, was shot dead by suspected armed robbers.

Zimbabwe Republic Police National Spokesperson, Commissioner Paul Nyathi, confirmed the incident, saying Mutangadura was shot at his family’s Lisheen Estate farmhouse in Ruwa shortly after midnight this Monday.

Mutangadura operated Lisheen Estate and was popularly known for the Mutangadura Hideout, located along the Harare-Mutare Highway in Ruwa, as well as several butcheries and other business ventures.

Commissioner Nyathi said investigations are underway.
