The All Progressives Congress has named a former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Lagos State, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, as the running mate of the APC presidential candidate, Major Gen. Muhammadu Buhari(retd.).
Buhari announced the choice of the party at a press conference in Abuja on Wednesday, after a long wait for the unveiling of the person who will run alongside the former Head of State in the 2015 presidential election.
“I am honoured to announce that Yemi Osinbajo, Professor of Law and former Attorney-General of Lagos State as well as Commissioner for Justice; Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), is my running mate. Let’s get to work!”- MOHAMMADU BUHARI.

Buhari a annoncé le choix de la partie lors d’une conférence depresse à Abuja mercredi, après une longue attente pour ledévoilement de la personne qui se déroulera parallèlement àl’ancien chef d’Etat à l’élection présidentielle de 2015.
