Ebenezer Babatope's reaction to PDP victory in Ekiti

Former Minister of Transport and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Ebenezer Babatope reacts to Saturday’s Ekiti’s election where Ayo Fayose (PDP) was declared winner:

“I am exceedingly happy that PDP won, as a native of Ekiti I knew PDP would win, and one thing you need to know is  that the people of Ekiti are not fools.  It is a great victory; not that Fayemi is bad, but Ekiti people want somebody that is dynamic and willing to deliver. Those who say they want to cut heads, whose head will they cut now?  I wish my party good luck and APC  good luck another time.”
